Protocol — .well-known
The protocol specifies a discovery file at:
https://{domain}/.well-known/commerce-gateway.json
Served over HTTPS, HTTP 200, Content-Type: application/json.
Trust semantics: discovery via this file alone is unverified until the operator completes registry registration and domain verification. Verified listings are reflected in registry resolution responses.
